House stock trades today surface through Periodic Transaction Reports filed with the Clerk of the House. Members disclose each trade over $1,000, and the reports land in a public database anyone can search.

The friction is the lag. A member can take up to 45 days to disclose, and the filings list dollar ranges, not exact amounts. So "today's" trades are really this month's or last month's, revealed today. Always read the transaction date, not the filing date.

Still, the feed is worth watching. New PTRs cluster around earnings season and major legislation, and party-labeled data lets you compare what Democrats and Republicans are buying differently. Unusual names in unusual sectors are the ones worth flagging.

InsiderPulse Pro ($12/mo) folds 8,674 House STOCK Act trades from 2025-2026 PTRs into the same feed as Form 4 insider data, with politician portfolios and copy-trade watchlists. The $9/mo tier covers unlimited insider alerts.

Old data, read well, still beats no data.
